DOMEOSTASIS
Date: 2024
Domeostasis explores the idea of balance between human body, structure, and the environment through an investigation of circular form and spatial pressure. The project uses a series of interconnected domes to create distinct yet interrelated zones that respond to varying degrees of enclosure, light, and movement. Rather than defining a single program, Domeostasis tests how architecture can mediate between open and closed conditions. Users experiencing changes in scale, proportion, and atmosphere. The resulting sequence of spaces highlights the relationship between built form and human experience, using geometry as a tool to prompt both physical and sensory awareness.
